Remember guys and gals.... Fact: Vertical Horizon wrote Shackled way before Saving Abel came out with their song Drowning. I've listened to the comparison and it's interesting. The melody and layout of Drowning is pretty darn close to Shackled. Shackled is a WAY better song than Drowning. The guitar work of Saving Abel can't even touch the guitar work of Vertical Horizon. Listen to Vertical Horizon's live album and you'll agree with me.

Yah, I never understood why Keith stopped sharing lead vocals with Matt. I love his voice and his songwriting. Sucks that for whatever ridiculous publicity reasons, Matt took over sole lead and we haven't heard Keith's voice in over 10 years. ;(

'There And Back Again', and 'Running On Ice' ... look for a song called 'Wash Away' if you like this one... the live stages version of that song is probs the best live version of any song that I've ever heard...
