If you want a faster defragg tool that does it better try downloading defraggler or auslogics disk defrag. They work a bit faster but if you havn't defragged for a while you'll have to do it a few times, i noticed a difference but nothing huge.

Does this really speed up your computer much? I defragmented twice in October and it's not much faster.

It depends on how much stuff you have on your computer and how much memory you've used. The more memory you've used or the longer you've had your computer, the bigger difference this will make.

Its hard to explain, but umm.. When you delete something from your hard drive it leaves a gap of unused memory. What defragging does is move stuff that are further back in your hard drive into those gaps. Therefore making it faster :D

No, not at all. It's a scheduled process that you're supposed to do once every month or so.

Wow, what the hell are you using to have such a small screen?

Right click on your taskbar and click on "properties" and then click "autohide the taskbar". It will only show then if you go down to your taskbar. And i dont get what you mean by "where it says google". Do you mean on the internet where you type in the URL?
