I'll tell you the basics - Dread Shadow, 2 stuns, Soul Barrier, only 6 points spent in the general tree (I replaced the mitigation from Iron/Stone Skin with Soul Barrier, since the Skins don't apply to PVP).

I'd miss CD, at least until 1.05 when it won't bug and hit too many times.

No, the first 5 points in the general tree are Recovery (+nat. health regen). So I've got that and Goad, yes.
