i've gotten luckier, occasionally on the last part of blood harvest, right in the beginning you can get 4 hunters, it happened to me and i was like "wtf nobody has the smoker you can't shoot through the window and grab anyone" but then we pounced em all and owned em in like 10 seconds because we all chose a target before they opened the door
the cart wheeling would have been better if he blew after landing :D
