as to the qagh comments(that is the correct spelling and pronunciation) why not just serve worms they are perfectly edible if the dirt is purged from them and that is only to make them taste better they can be eaten dirt and all w/out and harmful effects.

It looks like its actually chicken or something along that line, but made to resemble the Klingon food. If I wanted to make "gagh", could I use Japanese noodles? And if so, what could I put on them to make them look like gagh? I'm vegetarian, so I don't eat meat. If I do, it's on extremely rare occasions. Hence the quotation marks around the word "gagh".

If you're a vegetarian, it would be better to avoid Klingon food and Klingon eateries.

Vegetarians are what we use as appetizers.

Suggestions: A dark sauce, probably molasses base or soya sauce base would be good... perhaps teriyaki? But really... vegitarian gagh is an oxymoron and should not exist! :P

Or: I remember my mom making some spagetti for my Star Trek themed birthday party growing up... she cooked the noodles with blue food colouring in the water.
