  • after your rear kick, your foot on your other foot loosen it to point down when you check a kick, other wise it'll be bad news if your opponent hits you there.

    try doubling up on your push kick, do a rear push kick land into a switch position and you can throw the left rear kick.

  • wut really helps with shadow boxing for me is to get hand weights and shadow box, mines is like 2.5 lbs each and wen u take them off ur way faster

  • one thing u do wrong is to take up ure knee to block a lowkick after u have done a round-kick. Ure upponent will know that after 2 or 3 kicks and then he will sweap ure other leg. Do the block-after-kick thing only when u sure he's going to kick

  • I know this question my sound obvious or stupid, but I've been noticing a lot of people wearing sweaters or long sleeve shirts when they work out at my Mauy Thai gym. I was wondering if that gives you some kind of advantage or helps you loose weight better than a regular t-shirt?

  • It weighs a tad bit more and helps you sweat a lot more. Hope this helped.

  • eh it wouldnt do much good in the long run. it makes u sweat more and hence makes you lose waterweight. effective for cutting weight before fights etc. sometimes they use plastic sauna suits and use them while doing cardio to push that extra weight cut. But apart from losing temporary water weight quicker through sweating, in my opinion, no long term benefits.

  • @AgilanCAN the heat from those item's help regulate the heat in your body when your training thus warming up your body as you work-out so your muscle can expand and take in more oxygen setting your muscle's for a more rigourus work-out in other word's

  • Like your videos. I'm taking many of the techniques you have given and applying them to my arsenal. In the dojo I am at, I train in Muay Thai, TKD, kickboxing, and many other forms but Muay Thai is the one I choose to get down pact. You are good all around, nice punches and kicks. The only draw back to me is I can't kick high, I've always been raw power in my legs, I can shatter knees from 16 years of soccer. Thanks for the videos.

  • Yeah I got in a few, but I got caught. That's why fighting is such a bad thing, especially in school. The law and school laws aren't worth keeping your face among your friends.

  • Thanks who?! Gonna film some more tonight, and some sparring. Thanks for the tips. I think I am on my toes, but its not lifting my shoes. A lot of guys at my gym fight flat footed with their lead foot -- I don't like that too much, though.
