  • @jeemonthomas

What u hav mentioned is not "plain truth" but an interpretation based on ur ignorance.

All the malankara church 'buildings' in its physical form ver nt established by St.Thomas in AD52,bt in flesh & spirit frm tht period & thru d eastern orthodox church in Syria & l8r influencd by Portugese(catholic chrch).Dis fact mentioned in d vid cn b wrngly intrprtd. St.Thomas had establishd 7 churches in Kerala @ Kodungallore, Palayur, Paravur, Gokamangalam, Niranam, Chayal, Korakkeni, Kollam

  • @jithinchandy

"Ignorance" ??? I am born in a more orthodox & syrian church and with great patriarchs than any marthomite. But I found most of the stories are baseless and only good to puff up our foolish ego. And I have never read in bible about apostles building church buildings, How can thomas be an exception? For your info none of the buildings are dated to AD100, but based on the imaginations of religious people !! Challenge it !!

  • Though this tradition from AD52 is debatable for others due to the absence of substancial historical evidence, Mention is made in the records of the Council of Nicea (AD 325), of the presence of a Bishop John of India. Also established through facts about Kananites in Kerala from 345 AD. This means that, the tradition of the malankara churches from AD325 is based on FACTS and not only tradition! Most of the kerala christian churches have descended from this.

  • The physical churches of diff segments (d buildings & admin structs) ver l8r established. I do nt knw if d 'manikkeyan-chiristians' complied fully wit d teachings of Jesus, but I am sure tht atleast the Marthoma, CSI /CNI & partly the orthodox church is completely based on d teaching of JESUS with only BIBLE as its foundation.

Interpretation's/ impact of Jesus' teachings on malankara churches may please nt be based looking at some of the followers, but based again on FACTS & life experiences!

  • Hi , Good Video !!

But the Malankara churches were not found by St.Thomas nor did he buid any church buildings. These so called Malankara churches were found by 12th century syrian traders who brought their Manikkeyan-Christian Religion which has nothing to do with Teachings of Jesus nor with the activities of the Apostles of Jesus. This is the plain truth

  • You do not know the history of the Syrian Orthodox Church and the liturgy of the Church which is the oldest in Christianity and based upon Christ teaching with deep theological meaning. May I ask what church you belong to?
