I'd say 'Be Honest.' Not like, "I tend to steal office supplies" or "I get in romantic affairs with my coworkers that end tragically," but...

"When I'm angry, I don't express myself. I think it over for a while before I respond."

"I'm not very ambitious. If I have a position I love and be content with what I have."

"I think I have to do everything myself. I don't delegate my responsibilities enough."
