BEWARE!!! The city is so corrupt. There is so many forclosures here and no jobs.The realtors have been so greedy for so long that you can't find an affordable home to buy and if your lucky to find one...it's a dump.It's not the banks that are holding the forclosed homes.It's the realtors shuffling them around,so no one get's a decent home..Montrose is made up of working people not billionares in Telluride...Price homes as such!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
