I think trading T.O was a bad move and cutting pacman as well! when you have a team with that much talent and they cant even make the playoffs coaching is the blame! The cowboys lack dicipline they led the league in penalties last year! Wade phillips does not set dicipline, he is not a mtivator, jason garret does the same offensive plays every game (romo to witten) I think jerry should have fired the whole coaching staff! instead of releasing T.O, the cowboys need a coach like Bill Cowher!
