You can just drag the credits to the start. Or you could use the generated text media by placing your cursor at the point you want to add the media.

I would add the credits to a new timeline above and move them around to suit.

Make sure you select the transparent text (Default Text)and place it on the track above the video.

Could you be a little clearer, are you saying that when you insert text media you don't see the editing window??

ya its then you place/insert the text media or title it wont come up with the editing screen for the text like it should please reply.

Have a look around your screen you might have docked it by accident and is now a tab. If so just drag away by holding the stacked dots.
