Tobi is not definately Madara Uchiha. Given the fact that he very well could be is fine. But there is no guarentee and it is not a fact. He could be Obito, Madara, or maybe a new uchiha. and also. the sharingan is in his right eye. Maybe someone dug up obito and took his other eye? i doubt that one. but im saying it's a possibility. you should consider them rather then making facts of things you don;t know...

Also Tobi has a hole in the right side of the mask, Obito gave his left eye to Kakashi.

Otobi's previous master was Zetsu who could basically spyy on literally everything anywhere, chances are he found his crushed body later and found him alive under the rocks.

Which is why Tobi's true identity is known by Zetsu to this day. Zetsu also said "Tobi is a good boy, he is young".
