races are a lot more intense. I guess it depends on what you want, cause hot pursuit is a lot like burnout with gadgets to slow down the opponent. While shift 2 is more street legal, although if u want to go street legal then i would get gt5 for ps3 or forza 4 for 360

p.s. if ur getting it for ps3 i would buy it from the playstation store since it installs straight into your system and has better loading times and all.

Yeah, if you lose races don't be hard on yourself, in Shift the drivers are as good as real players, unlike Hot Pursuit and Midnight Club etc. on ANY difficulty

@19sebi19 and seriously? you know NOTHING about cars, this is alot more realistic with tuning and better too and to be honest these games are better then street racer games in my opinion and carbon is heck unrealistic for a start the drifting in carbon... well... you can drift a front wheel drive... a Lamborghini.. and you slide too easily and too wide in carbon drifting.. its like your car has friggin super powers

Does upgrading your car only make the stat bars get bigger/better or say you get a bigger engine, since its heavier it makes your cars handling go down? Btw, great video. it really helped me see the features of the game.

much more realistic, and i say this because of the driver's view. The cockpit view is fine, but then there's the driver's view from inside the helmet where u can see and feel how his head tilts on corners making it more realistic and sometimes trickin u into thinkin u r not drivin right
