Guys i need help!

alright so i used to love smoking weed then all of a sudden i couldnt anymore because it started hurting my stomach and it would always ruin my high! it would be right in the solar plexus area, and it would always hurt even after the high was over. sometimes it kept me up when i tried to sleep because it hurt so much. unfortunely i had to stop because the pain was so bad.
