First off, I can't stand fast food, especially McCrap, but to say McDonald's causes obesity (especially in kids) is just stupid. McDonald's didn't tell your kids to eat there, it's parents responsibility as to what their kid's eat, so the main problem is the parents. Those parents are no better than the parents who blame "violent" TV for their children acting up, when they used TV as a glorified babysitter

Not all calories are the same. 600 calories from a cheeseburger will make you fat. 600 calories from fruit will not.

carbohydrates turn into glucose, which every cell in your body runs on.

Please do a bit more research before making such videos.

High carb , low fat, vegan is the way to go for optimal health.
