There is no name for this technique that I am aware of. This is a modern sode tsuri komi goshi/kata guruma hybrid. the entry is the sode, but the other hand comes down to sweep the leg up as well. Sumo has a technique called soto muso which is a sweep from a sort of seo nage position , seen in old lightweight japanese judoka. Much easier to do than kata guruma.
