The 1930's truly was the greatest decade for movies. The musicals and dramas from Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer were smash after smash and Walt Disney produced his first three movies "Snow White", "Pinocchio" and "Bambi". The decades that followed, primarily the 40's and 50's took the innovation of the 30's and went so far with it. Unfortunately, sometime around the 80's the word commercialism got in the way of the words talent and innovative.
