I just got certified in the J standard for CLASS 3. Anyone who watches this, use it as a good example of EVERYTHING you should never do... She is overheating the joints... then slamming the board which will give you a disturbed solder join then she touches it with her finger which will add contamination... oils etc... WOW please dont ever do ANYTHING she is doing here....
aw,. one of the best method is to use solder flux and de-soldering braid instead of tapping the board.... Board might suffer from stress and some microscopic crack if you continue tapping the board.
And just think if you would have used a hoof or chisel tip and some liquid flux along with the drag method you could have completed this 4:00 solder job in just over a minute!
Absolutely terrible technique, the chip will be overheated and fail soon, if not immediately. Slamming the PCB against the table is ridiculous, you'll get splashes of solder everywhere. Just don't put that much solder on in the first place, look at the "Related Videos" to see much better techniques or just search "drag soldering" here.
Sack the bitch. She's only good for cleaning and washing up.

This is madness. I'm sure she could do it the right way too: with flux. And in much lesser time.
