It is said that the bush-men is the only ones that have Clicks in their language, but there are at least used clicks in Indian languages too. Punjabi, hindi etc. We use Clicks for affirming or denying questions, I guess it might not be the same as Bushmen do, but at least there are clicks.
The difference there is that in these Khoisan languages of Africa, the clicks are actually used as consonants in the words rather than denoting a meaning like "yes" or "no", much like we use "tsk tsk" (which is actually a consonant called a dental click) in English to convey disapproval. Their clicks are like a "p" or a "t" rather than just some one-trick sound for one purpose only.

@Gazilamis Its Khoi Khoi gowab, spoken by the Damara and the Nama tribe, A deeper one is spoken by the Bush man/ San people also from Namibia.
