  • 1 person is a russian

  • As an NCO I've dealt with all types of officers but most of the ROTC officers are really behind the curve then I have to train them and teach them the Army standard which is something they should been thought before getting to my unit , if you can please go OCS these officers are squared away, Army Strong.

  • What would be better if i want to lead an ROTC program or west point?

  • You win an ROTC scholarship through a combination of your high school GPA, physical fitness abilities, SAT scores, class rank, and extracurricular activities.

  • Im also worried about the physical requirements, Im like 6 ft 175. Played High School Football, Basketball, and Baseball, but season has been over for sometime. So if any ROTC vets would mine making suggestions I would vastly appreciate it for the simple fact I dont want a recruiter lying to me. Thank you.

  • So Im considering doing army rotc(at UCLA). I want to serve my country and represent it well. But I am unsure if it is for me, I have no prior ROTC background. But also I want the scholarship, what is it really dependent on? I had a 3.4 gpa in High School and scored well over a 900 on the SAT does that mean I automatically get it, because if I dont get it I dont wanna join. But see Im conflicted here because does that mean I want to join for the money because I think that would be a bad reason.

  • I like how he says "Going to westpoint and going here, you will be the same level.." Same rank? Yes.

Same skills, tactics, experience, etc.? No!

  • Going into Army ROTC @ Kansas University, I got this dvd as well:D lol

  • I can't wait to start my life. First stop, US Army.

  • No offense but the army is for pussies.

  • @Bjjownsu10 why?

  • @Bjjownsu10 No offense but your a pussy...

  • @Cbaker1947 Exactly, and for that reason I might join the army.

  • @Bjjownsu10 Lmao well when you say pussy you must be talking about a tiger...

  • @Bjjownsu10 "no offense", you are retarded. I respect the Marine corps and everyone in it, but the ARMY is stronger. obviously you haven't served if you dont realize what you said, because the military in general is an entire brotherhood, not some childish game where other branches think theirs is better. Sure the Marines get longer training and the marksmanship requirement is higher, but ARMY has more people, special forces, and alot more stuff. not to mention we dont use NAVY equipment all day

  • Is it me or is it not very calming to be treated by docs and RN's that wear ACU's versus scrubs. The ACU's do not seem very calming like the baby blue/baby green scrubs that the civilian side wear...

  • I love waking up at 05 and pt everyday... right......

  • i'm signing up to go to the finest military acemedy in the world, Sandhurst Acemedy :) i can't wait xD

  • Roct is soo amazing i learned so much leadership.

  • Amazing, this is inspiring

  • I am an O. Was that 362 days at Dong Ap Bia.

    Fuck you.

  • I would still prefer to go to a military academy

  • If you're serious about going military don't go to some jackass ROTC program. Not all ROTC Programs are created equal. The majority of the cadets at the college I first attended didn't give a shit about what it meant to be an officer. Make sure you look into it.

  • @DiVeronica That is right. That is why you should come down here to Tulane and enjoy our culture, and our training!

  • @DiVeronica What school did you go to at first, and which did you transfer to?

  • @bigj687 SUNY Brockport

  • @DiVeronica Was this the first school or the school you switched into? Do you know anything about the Syracuse University ROTC?

  • @bigj687 it was the first school i went to. I'm not sure about SU ROTC

  • @DiVeronica very true. im currently enlisted in the Army Reserves and im contracted into my university's ROTC program and most of these people are so carefee. they dont know basic training.

  • @DiVeronica

University of Houston is Squared away..not as bat-s*** insane like TAMU (hook'em)

  • Comment removed

  • @DiVeronica yeah thats true alot go for free college...

  • go North Georgia!

  • @87PowerMan i might be going to north georiga, how is it there?

  • @coolccon , North Georgia is def different than the other senior military colleges. I'm not going to lie and say that North Georgia is better, simply bc I havent been to the other universities, however, North Georgia recently had the number one cadet and more top ranking cadets than any other program. We have a program called pre-camp which prepares you for LDAC. Every cadet that I know that has gone to LDAC through North Georgia said that it was a breeze. email me for more

  • @coolccon super bad

  • im being an Officer in the British RAF Regiment nice to know we have a well trained force working along side us on Operations

  • @linkinpark4eva2k7 you don't sound like one thats for sure

  • @sarabower1 yes, because when i wrote this i wasn't one. I simply had aspirations to be one

  • @sarabower1 and im off to the RAF in march, 2012

  • @linkinpark4eva2k7 English grammar wasn't part of your schooling..

  • @dilirent Was you born a arse? It's Youtube, im not looking into using grammar on here thank you. Dick
