With the 1st idea one of your motors will burn. The lego batery box has a curent limiter inside. Connecting motors in serial, you will bypass the limiter and the hole amount of curent load will pass through the stoped motor. After 4-5 sec bye bye motor... The 2nd 3rd idea is useless except if you want to have some fun!
@Zblj1987 The running motor, cosums current that passes through the stoped motor. Battary box mesures current drop form the stoped one and gives more power. But the current does not reach the maximum level, as the running motor keeps the level of current in limits. So all power will pass the stoped one, with result to burn it. The only thing I didn't undestand is how you connent the motors in serial without cutting the wires. The connection in video is parallel.
again with the electro-mechinal gear box: whats the clutch gear for? and whats with all the wiring? I've made one without eiether on them and it seems to work fine.
The first idea is better as a gearbox with four speeds in forward and reverse. The second idea is better as an IR range amplifier. And the last idea is hard on your soundbrick.
One thing I don't like is that you say these are your idea's you recently got, when the second 'Idea' is a copy of mine. I don't mind that my stuff gets copied, but at least put my name in the info.

@Mecho123451 Wiring is so motors are wires serial, The clutch gear is to stop from XL motor driving when low current is passed through it.
