Maybe a Kinks song, but at least the Stranglers where there to play it Live to keep it alive. Who knows if Triumph do the next one the Kinks may just come along and play it live, now that would be something :) Great party though, still smiling.
It's great that Triumph is still around, and trying, but this leaves me longing for the music of The Kinks. Cover tunes send the message "copy" or "reproduction". I'd rather see you be authentic, and use the original versions of any songs.
@Roadsterscom Hi fella..I think you reading a tad too much into the music aspect.I like the Kinks..but...this was The Stranglers just singing at the Triumph gig and entertaining the crowd,so its natural to use the music for the vid,nothing more complex than that.As a music ..and Triumph lover/owner I think it conveys a good day out for Triumph fans and owners,wish I could have been there.
