Bethesda trued *very* hard to get them to help with the modding community enabling console users to download and modify their games as PC users would. They out right refused the ideas *both companies did* and there is literally nothing Bethesda can do about it. Your console company not allowing you to mod your game has *nothing* to do with what you are talking about.

@owen12000 I don't mean that no one else but PC should be able to do these things and really, I wouldn't like a Skyrim Online type of thing. I would rather have it more like co-op to be honest. But no, I think everyone should be allowed to experience modding even if you aren't on a computer but the problem is, that won't happen at least not for a very long time. So I would rather have my PC then any console because I can do what I want to it no matter what.

@RaeuberPozzenfotz IMHO I would think the mere fact that they made the entire game we so love and enjoy from the ground up, not just Skyrim I'm talking about The Elder Scrolls in it's entirety, would be the first indication that they have indeed done their jobs and have done it quite well. It wasn't meant to be a multi-player at all, this is yet another add-on that the fan base is making. Should every popular idea be instantly made into an official mod? You wanna pay for all of them?

I find it dull being alone in Tamrial, and I think it would be fun to raid a bandit's camp with your friends or something. Please don't take this the wrong way, but I don't think this will ever work, simply because the engine starts crawling as soon as like 10 NPCs are on screen, so imagine if large groups of players tried to occupy the same space. If you can some how fix that, then this might have a chance.

I've seen videos of you being able to set a nickname and see other players characters. They're still working on getting that persons clothing to show and the animations to work properly. But it's a lot better than a load of ghost horses.

Its a bit way too early for a dl on this since it is really not done hopefully it gets finished I’m not 100% convinced that it will work well as all other online tes was a complete epic fail. Now if it had more of a mmo feel no spectral and actaul ppl with name tags on top of their head as mmo are.Then Combo with a mmo ui it would be one hell of a mod assuming that even multi player was 70% effective
