OMG this is a masterpiece of a program. I remember watching this and everything about this performance inspired me as a competitor. She raised the game with her extension, attention to detail, choreography, spins. I really admire this woman.

I believe the Sash curl being talked about in earlier posts is done at 1:58 what an incredible move that takes strength, stretch, and balance. And she does it so beautifully not awkward looking or ugly.

I remember seeing this when I was 14 yrs old and how much this performance influenced my style, carriage, posture, spins, everything in my skating! This performance is a MASTERPIECE and IMO legendary with the best!!!

I think she is not able to do it anymore. I realized it long time ago and comfirmed it a couple weeks ago. She was trying to make it on her "To Love You More" program I think I saw it, but she was not able to. Keep in mind that her body was grewing. After that, she had a stress fracture on her back and has not done it since then.

I saw her do it in 2008, very shaky, but was able. In her years in competitions I've seen her do it a few times, but after that she kind of lost that back flexibility.

I do figure skating, but both are very dangerous.

she was one and was going to do it seriously, until she turned 7 and took on skating

i think gymnastics has more catasrophic injuries but any sport is dangerous really - she would have made an excellent gymnast

omg, sasha was so cute when she was 14!!!!! can't believe she's 23 now, it's amazing how her skating just gets better and better and grace on the ice never gets old!!!!
