  • i think it's better to go into a hangdrill (two foot) than a 1 foot

  • i can do the shoulder sit and the thigh stands but i am still working on the elevator.I am the base

  • @Bolt8016 you'll get there. i used to base but now i fly. just use your legs to absorb your flyers weight and push up as hard as you can. once you get it it will be easy :)

  • good the only thing i noticed that could be improved is she double bounced and she pushed her feet apart when she did a 2 foot load.

  • when she double bounced it took away all her power which going up to a straight up extension it will be alot harder

  • arnt they both preps??? and i thought you always start with one foot?? wow werid a lib is one legg in the air thats called a prep

  • @TumbleAndCheer101 & @chicxrule90211 The reason she may be double bouncing is because shes used to cheering/ jumping on a spring floor .
