@Bolt8016 you'll get there. i used to base but now i fly. just use your legs to absorb your flyers weight and push up as hard as you can. once you get it it will be easy :)

i think it's better to go into a hangdrill (two foot) than a 1 foot

good the only thing i noticed that could be improved is she double bounced and she pushed her feet apart when she did a 2 foot load.

when she double bounced it took away all her power which going up to a straight up extension it will be alot harder
