This is Phenergan, it is one of the ONLY anti emetics I can take, it does NOT cause tissue damage if properly DILUTED, if IDIOTS don't know how to ADMINISTER it then it causes damage,its the giver NOT the Medicine, it is the BEST Nausea Medicine PERIOD!

Who's the unidentified guy in the video? To say that IM administration is the preferred (misspelled in the video) route is debatable. IV administration allows slow titration; IM requires a guess at a dose. I have seen patients dangerously oversedated from IM phenergan/narcotics.

Anyway, many drugs have side effects and many drugs will cause tissue necrosis if not given through a good IV. The title of this video is a misnomer; the promethazine was likely not given through a vein at all.
