  • this has to be one of the funniest skits in comedy history..it never fails to kill me..my dad who passed away 2 years back said it was the funniest thing he had ever seen would bring him to hysterical tears over and over..thank you freddie..just saw you on living with the dead last night..glad those bad spirits have left you..

  • Freddy Starr, used to be Freddy Fowler, who was the lead vocalist in Freddy Starr and the Midnighters, which my uncle John Kelman (who was in Wimple Winch) played lead guitar for! He was always coming round to my mum's and uncle's house, trying to ask for 'thripence', and very dirty and scruffy. He used to say 'one day I'll be famous'. They used to laugh, but not when he appeared on Opportunity Knocks! TRUE!
