@450Production sure at that size its more about the operator and less about the board and if you don't land in between the bolts on any reverse camber board you are more than likely to washout.
what size would you recommend kuzz I currently ride a 156 but I skateboard when im not on the snow and I plan on hitting mid size jump/progression and boxes and screw around on the mountain
@SkateBanana101 why not go the 151 wide and be all set? But at 252 and a size 11 you should be ok with the 151 regular ... you might feel a little catch every now and then but since this is a park board its not going to make that much of a difference.
I'm beginner in park - I want to play around, not going to huge kickers, just some small ones, some fun boxes, maybe rails when I feel comfortable... oh, and we dont have much powder here - just man made shit. What do you think - should i buy Horrorscope? Its cheap now so I'm thiking of it... do you think is some other form Capita better than this one?
tnx, there is a lot of buzz around this board - I was checking some other reviews too and mainly all the reviewers / riders like it, but all complain about huge kickers and riding at fast speed... but probably those are situations I shouldn be concerned with at least not at the begining...
the Ultrafear is a little stiffer yes the real question is can you get your hands on one... but either board will work, its not like you are hitting 40 foot plus booters in the midwest so either board will be fun.
if you are looking to jump 50ft and plus jumps I would more lean towards the Stairmaster Extreme or an Indoor the regular Stairmaster is still a softer jib board much like the Horrorscope.
i just got the horrorscope fk 151 its amazing if you want a great jib board but you dont want to ride a noodle this is it. its great at high speeds and pressing is almost cheating its so easy
i just got the horrorscope fk 151 its amazing if you want a great jib board but you dont want to ride a noodle this is it. its great at high speeds and pressing is almost cheating its so easy
Maybe include something on how the board actually handles at high speed, how well it holds an edge etc...Do you feel shaky on bigger landings, stuff like that. Love the graphics tho.
lars why do you bother responding to "dood you gotta ride duck"? that shit isnt worth a reply cuz for someone to spout such nonsense it's clear they have no idea what self expression is
haha lars dont mind these kids, its not their fault
they all have to be 1,2,3, or a,b,c snowboarders..
if something appears cool to them, for them everyone else has to be doing them including them selves, i gave up trying convince individuality, and self personality, soo many wannabees these days its waste of time confronting them lol, neways nice review
the guys gotta point. true twin boards feel a little better witha close to twin stance. and unless your chinese downhill id keep your toes pointed out.
so what you are comfortable with means nothing, instead we all must conform to a certain stance and rule for what terrain we ride? Again snowboarding is about being comfortable thats why we can adjust our stance, sure a true duck stance can assist in spinning but do you have to do it?
Should I get the stairmaster or the horoscope. And I am wondering if large bindings (11) would fit a 144-148 sized board or do I need a wide
masterbeats415 7 months ago
whats with the crappy bindings

1xBAMFxtasticax1 1 year ago
200 lbs 5'9 you think a 152 would be too small??
Bam2 2 years ago
@Bam2 you could try the 152, why not, smaller is more fun in the park and especially on rails
PortersLars 2 years ago
@Bam2 im 210 and 5'10 and rock ride kink 147 and im fine. its alot of fun
400exman02 1 year ago
i mostly jib but is this board fine with like 10 to 15 foot kickers?
TheSkater025 2 years ago
@TheSkater025 yup, smaller jumps this board will be super fun but larger booters this board won't aid you very much in the landing being so soft.
PortersLars 2 years ago

Bam2 2 years ago
@Bam2 most guys who ride this board try to go smaller since its a jib kids dream, I might suggest you give it a whirl too

Can i rock a 151 with an 11 boot? i ride 15, -15 if that helps at all

SkateBanana101 2 years ago
@Jernehkelih go with the 151and the high speeds and huge kickers shouldn't matter if ur using this board for jibbin

5,7 tall / weight 145 - 9 shoe size... 151 or 155?
JernejKelih 2 years ago
@JernejKelih why not go for the 151... you can rock that with your height /weight and boot size.

is it weird ollieing on this board?i have a skate banana and it was kinda awkward at first. will this be more poppy?
shredsled1994 2 years ago
far less poppy than the skate banana this is a very soft board compared to the banana
PortersLars 2 years ago
ok would the ultrafear be better then. i ride a real small icy park in the midwest and do about 70% jibbing and 30% jumps
shredsled1994 2 years ago
the Ultrafear is a little stiffer yes the real question is can you get your hands on one... but either board will work, its not like you are hitting 40 foot plus booters in the midwest so either board will be fun.

will this board hold up good on 20-30ft jumps?
ThePeasant004 2 years ago
as long as you can land in between the bolts then yes but since this board is super soft if you are at all on the nose or tail you will wash out.
PortersLars 2 years ago
alright sweet thanks

i bought the 151wide OMG I CANT WAIT TO RIDE IT

is this board good for spins? and like 50ft jumps?
eskyboarders 2 years ago
this is a jib specific board, not to say you cannot take it off 50 footers however their are far batter boards.
PortersLars 2 years ago
so should i go with with stairmaster?
