i have used Dban program to wipe off the hard drive and I haven't been able to wipe off the virtus thats there. I have used most of Dbans ways to wipe off dod, dodshort all of them and it didn't erase the virus. Any suggestions?

You would have to have the OS disk,vista, XP, etc. to put them back on once your done. You have to have an empty disk to download DBAN on to, then you can use it. All this according to what i was told. I was told you cannot just download it and have it perform its duties...it dont work like that.

@hulk239239 Well if you want to Re-sell your laptop and you want to keep vista updates and stuff but no files you want to make sure you have the VISTA OS CD and the Nuke CD. Once you have both take the Nuke CD and put it in follow the instructions one its done wiping if you try to run your laptop it will say No OS Found Thats when you put in the VISTA OS CD and restart your laptop then install vista once its all set up you have to install updates internet ect or if you want it wiped and let them

@Dannysmixes if you can get the program in the vid on a disk, start up your compter and hit f10 then start the cdrom and type auto nuke shuld clear your hard drive without having to actually logg into your computer

Iv got over 5000 viruses and to many Trojans of a nob on YouTube who have me a dodgy link that's the thing i can't get on mine i turn it on log onto my user then bout 30 seconds later it goes on a green screen with lots of writing then restates itself it does this everytime I log into my user so I need to know a way how to wipe my hard drive without logging into any users. @iDaNz2009 Yes. It completely clears everything that could ever possibly be on your hard drive from the past, present, and future. This being the case, you will need to install your operating system again after you wipe your hard drive.
