  • Taking shows off is normal everywhere in world. Only in North America where they wear theor shoes from outside to inside.

  • how much for an apartment there in us money

  • Kansai. Is that Osaka? Im atending to a school, Kansai collage, located in Tennoji, Osaka.

So thats why i stopt for a bit.

    So is it ?

  • Wait a minute. Are you telling us that if you're feet are wet you can actually step out onto a mat? Those fucking Japs are brilliant!

  • @raginh8r That is why they are way ahead of us in technology.

  • Hehe, that aint bad at all, I live in Norway and share a similar size space with one more person ^^

Mind you, I'm to be considered poor for Norwegian standards so I suppose that'd be why.

  • I think this is fine as far as space. And I wish we had a design similar to this in the states for a low cost option.

  • how do you masturbate in such a small tub?

  • Wow! how much is the rent? And that small fridge space, you probably have to do grocery more often, don't you?

  • lolollol........

  • weabo

  • those are oldschool microwaves ("western")

  • Looks cozy and spacious enough for one person. Kinda reminds me of a college dorm, but with extra features. As long as you make it feel like your home, then all is good.

  • that microwave oven thing sounds cool. I hope we get them in the west soon...

  • @treeoftears are you just that dumb??

  • @L0RDNIK0N60 how very rude! Good job you are a cute nerd, otherwise I would take great umbrage at your total lack of appreciation for my British sarcasm.

  • Fantastic use of space

  • This is a kettle. Its boils water. This is peanut butter. They have peanut butter in Japan. Thanks.

  • @marshallh80 lol thank you!

  • Thanks. This was very interesting. Never been there but have heard about the efficient use of space. I enjoyed the tour. Good job.

  • perfect for one person. fantastic vid. what a shame there are so many fools wanting to make dumb negative comments.

  • I miss my Japanese bathroom!! The separate shower with the extra deep tub was my favorite part, that and the instant tankless water heater.

  • dont talk about sex just love hotel exist

    lol

  • What is this about not taking off your shoes when you go in your home? What cultures do this? It seems insane.

  • wow this woman's voice makes me want to slap her

  • Comment removed

  • your title does not fit this video..... where is the witty stuff. painful video

  • Ity's a good idea to remove all blue packing tape from toaster ovens before using them. The packing tape is not intended for use on a hot appliance. They color it blue so that you will notice it and remember to remove it. If you don't remove it, you may get toxic fumes from the heat-induced breakdown of the chemicals in the tape!!!

  • Thanks for this video. What is the cost of rent and does it include utilities?

  • i like.your live ..can i live with you hh

  • does that toilet sink make your grey water flush your... stuff, away? that is genious

  • I love the bathtub and the toilet/sink; both are very novel ideas and maximize efficiency! You have a very nice living space. It looks comfortable and livable. Thank you for sharing it with us.

  • WOW!!! U HAVE THE SAME EXACT TYPE OF APT I HAD IN JAPAN - & I LOOOVED MY COZY TINY APT.!!! I was in Onomichi, Hiroshima on the JET Programme from 2000-2001 but that apt. altho a little shocking the 1st week - TRUELY GREW on me!! & unlike the other JET, I NEVER got a bunch of stuff & my apt. was ALWAYS "spacious"!!!

I STILL appropriate some of the cozy Japanese style "comforts"

Are u on the JET Programme?

  • Do you have enough space to have hot sex in this apartment?

  • Why such painfully detailed coverage of each appliance?

  • @redxross Uh, Because, I don" tknow," it is JAPAN!!!""

  • @redxross gonna go watch paint dry. wanna come with?

  • @gmann1695 great idea, and afterwards we could download something on a dial-up Internet connection.

  • @redxross Hey, they've been working on improving dial-up within the last few years. I have it now, and I get about 5 MB/s DL .5MB UL...

  • @Mew4000 Maybe we need a new analogy. How's this: First we'll watch 45 seconds of video shot inside a washing machine (off, not running). Then, after watching paint dry, we'll read some Fine Print.

  • Some Japanese says that the convenience store close by is her storage. But not at the timing of the big earthquake tho.

  • Who is the monotone narrarator? Daria?

  • asics shoes :D the most comfy and best one for running :D

  • WTF? Who keeps their bread in the fridge?

  • @TheDrUlises217 people who have learned the hard way not to leave it out.. if you have a small family or are single and don't eat bread very often, it can be quite wasteful to store your bread at room temperature. throw it in the fridge, and it stays fresh for much longer.

  • @TheDrUlises217 People who don't use alot of bread and don't want it going bad or molding.

  • @TheDrUlises217 I did because my cat was crazy about bread. She'd tear into the middle of the loaf, eat a bit and shred the rest to throw about like confetti. Putting it up high or in a cupboard made it mouldy, so I put it in the fridge.

  • basically what we see here is the manual for electrical and other goods but not the APARTMENT )))

  • its nice

  • How big is your apartment in sqm? :)

  • nice nice. but it seems like it lacks natural ventilation. this gave me an idea for our next project. thanks!

  • i love those cool small apartments, i'm thinking of getting one when i'm just alone so i can go places more

  • is it a tipical size apartment in japan?

  • @JoeYi84 Not really. It's a nice apartment in the middle of a city and it's fairly expensive because of that. Usually for singles, you get a one room apartment that's probably about the size of my current bedroom. Families tend to get larger ones simply because they need more space. You should check out some other apartment videos on youtube to get a better idea of what's available. :)

  • @timesintokyo so how much did you pay for this one?

    .

  • The toilet/sink is pretty brilliant. I love the little stories you have for everything you own. Nice video!

  • very cute little place you got there.
