@MrAlcazar I think it was start and C button at the same time on the SEGA, but if you push all the buttons at once you'll probably be able to leave.

Betting:

To place a set in craps, first press "c" to pull up the chip tray. Move the hand to the type of chup you wish to bet, and bress "b" to pick it up. Press "c" again to remove the chip tray, then move the hand to the area on the layour you wish to wager on. Press "b" to drop the chip. Move the hand to the left or right to see other areas of the layour not immediately visible. Please consult the manual for details on each bet.

Action:

When you have stopped placing bets, or pressed the "start" buton, the dice will be rolled. If it's your turn and you have money on the pass or don't pass lines, you will be rolling the dice. If so, press "b" to start shaking them and "b" again to throw them. After the dice have landed, you will be informed of the result. The losing bets will then be removed, the winners paid, and the winnings places back in your chip tray automatically.

I vaguely remember playing the NES version of this ten years ago (my relatives had that game back then), but I remember the Sega Genesis version a lot more, especially after seeing this vid.
