This was a mod released a while after Assassins Creed 1.

There is another mod that was released a short while ago, which is a more accurate armor set for Altair's robes and stuff.

It is called "Nexons Assassins Creed Armor" (Or similar).

In my opinion, its alot better.

It's the stealth shield from Apophis Armory of the Silver Dragon mod. If you have the mod you need to be level 20 before you can get any of the stuff. Great mod and I highly recommend it.

all you need to do it go to a website with the mod, download it and it should appear on the the game

itz easy, once u have oblivion downloaded, mount it, start it, download a mod, have it extracted to some new folder on your desktop, rightclick your oblivion icon shortcut and click open file location, go to data, then select all the folders from that mod file you download, then drag them all into your oblivion data file, then once thats done, restart oblivion and before u press play, click data files, check the name of the mod, then bam you will have to go get the armor tho depending on the mkr
