no, mongoose has some newer stuff coming out that 'looks' pretty decent. Give it a year before you bash it, see how people review their stuff. Some of the 09 x-games riders rode the hell out of some mongoose set-up bikes so I'm guessing they are actually making some decent parts now, they just don't have the reputation yet that most more major bmx companies have like odyssey or sunday.
