  • you need more practics , girls , you 're not better than 9 yeas old kids in VN .....The truth is hurt , but that's the truth .

  • Tệ hơn nửa là thế hệ sau gần như BỊ BÃT BUỘC PHẢI LẬP LẠI LỜI CỦA NHỮNG NGƯỜI ( phần lớn là già) CÓ VỊ TRÍ TRONG CỘNG ĐỒNG.

Sứ sở tự do hả ?????

  • very beautiful song and very beautiful flag and very beautiful dance!

  • The Red Flag with Yellow Star is internationally recognized flag of Vietnam...it represents the country and the people of Vietnam...always. If the Red-White-Blue flag is allowed to fly in Vietnam then the Red Flag-Yellow Star is also allowed in United States.

  • I dislike this just for the fact they used the Communist flag.

  • omg。。

    一个字

    烂。。

    是烂到爆

    看了已经笑到晕了

  • What's the name and artist of the song?

  • Comment removed

  • My friend was in this performance, and they weren't trying to start any controversy at all. They used that flag because it is the current flag of vietnam, and that is all.

  • i think its a bit low that dance .

you had danced to this beat .

its missing the flow ..you know?

  • was that the communists' flag?

  • i agree wit him/her. the poor cant even leave the country even if they want too. Independent can't even be seen in Vietnam. You get arrested for talking shit about the government, and protesting about them. if thats what you call independent then iono what you're smoking.

  • the dance is nice,

even though it doesn't go wit the dance.

and i agree, politics should never be brought onto stage. even if they are international students, and they want to represent where they are from. i think that they should've known better then to show the "communist flat" on stage when they enter the US.

and vndigital, MistressV7 isn't saying that rich people have a role in/wit the government he/she is saying that the richest people are associated with the government. and PSH.

  • This song is compose for South Vietnam only!... in the lyrics " Ta Dem Yeu Thuong Ve Cho Phuong Bac" -bring love to the north- thus using that is wrong! but yes.. nice dance!

  • Performance was nice to watch...although inserts are a little unneccessary. Politics shouldn't be brought to the stage. Controversy is a good way to get attention, but truly not needed!

  • co nhieu ngu`oi Viet nam o Truman the' nay` co a

  • lol . wrong flag idiots.

  • It's over years already. Our generation should forget about it to think of something for the future. I love my national flag, not because i am a pro-communist, just because it's our country flag recognized internationally. Btw, i really appreciate the performance!

  • I understand that even in the almighty US there are still some idiotic + pathetic people. But why those people have to be so ignorant and make such a fool of themselves. A good history lesson probably a bless for them, uneducated fool. God bless you retard.

  • lol... i can't believe ppl use the word "communist flag" Hey ppl! they're international students from VN, they lived the for yearsss, it's national flag of Vietnam.

  • i dont get why you people are so ignorant, they came to perform for you with respect and you call them "communist"? i see china's flag is in there why don't you idiots go all crazy now? i love the vietnamese "communist" flag, it the flag that's been fighting french colonial since 1940, the other one was used by bao dai throughout colonial age. you people are ignorant. good song!

  • It's not ignorant. The whole reason in people going crazy is that many Vietnamese came to the US to escape the Communist rule and seeing this here again would definitely outrage many Vietnamese. Performing is one thing, but politic stance is another. And this is only one of the flag that fought against the French Colonial, there were many others flag that Ho chi minh had too.

  • I don't know why everyone is representing Bao Dai's colonial flag in the USA. The ironic thing is they call that flag the "heritage flag", are they that PROUD to be influenced and oppressed by French for 100 years?

  • That's not Bao Dai's flag and the French was the one that made that flag. That flag originated during the time of the Chinese oppression. Of course it would have to start somewhere, but it was the flag that stood when we won against the Chinese. Isn't there any consideration in that also?

  • Defeated the Chinese? so why did we have 1000 year of chinese slavory? The flag was represented by Bao Dai, during the resistance, under the name of that flag, bao dai ordered to stop the people's struggle for freedom, the people who ran sai gon during US, were former colonial officials.

  • Well first off, when the Chinese originally took over Vietnam, the flag with three red stripe was already represented for our country therefore your point that it began during Bao Dai's reign is incorrect. So how do you think we got out of 1000 year of being under Chinese rule...because we defeat finally defeated them....you need to really read up on accurate Vietnamese history.

  • That flag represented OUR country? No that flag never represented what we stand for the rigeousness and free of our people. That flag represented the humiliation and oppression of our people for over 1000 years chinese and 100 years french. ironic how you defend such a humilaiting flag. sorry but i think you need to learn again the Vietnamese history.

  • How would it not represent our country is it has been there for so long? you made it seem as if the Chinese and the French were the one It can't represent humiliation if that flag was able to sustain through all those oppression while it was the own people of the country that wanted to destroy a flag that withstand so much. And yes it took for the freedom of our people because we represented the northern, central, and southern parts of Vietnam. While this doesn't represent anything.

  • You are not putting any sense in your claims. Even if this flag was ment for good, it had been munipulated and tampered by foriegners oppression. This flag never stood up for independence, which had always adapted to be a puppet for foriengers to enslave our own people. Yes it is a part of our history, but this flag is not praised by anyone who love their people & homeland.

  • That is definitely not true because it would appear that majority, even all, of the Vietnamese who left Vietnam because the Communist takeover appears to see that flag as the national flag. You are basically making claim that everyone or anyone who is Vietnamese and is not living in that country are people who "supposely" don't love homeland. If we are talking based on facts and logic, your bandwagon fallacy won't prov your point rather, disclaim it.

  • How ironic, it appears talking to you is just a waste of time. Who is this "all"? The only people who is proud of that mischievious flag are a bunch of you vichoco. You know why you puppets worship this flag? Because it was against the "communist", rather than standing out for independence which to you is less important. I envy myself for trusting you to actually think logic. Pity on you.

  • The ironic thing is that you consider the fact that being under Communism is independence? I guess you haven't really considered what happened with the Soviet Union and Germany? Those people who were under former Communist rule are actually "independent" now, have you considered that or are they also puppets? If you must, consider everything that has been occurring under such an independent rule. Also, maybe you want to touch up on your grammar...

  • I am sorry if you are too ignorant to comprehend my grammar, I am aware that this is not an English course. The fact is Viet Nam was under the French's foot before the "communist" came into power. However those "communist" were actually nationalist. This was a war between VN & FR, however America entered after FR's defeat. Vichoco ran to help the Americans, see the picture here? This is called common sense, learn to comprehend. Need to simplify?

  • It's not philistinism, it's called having an actual education. I know the fact that the communists are nationalist, but at a certain point, they lost that pretension. Instead the current government is making the people suffer. Those people who you called "vichoco" are just ppl who the Americans wanted to help, they weren't running to America. Also, if you really want debate about this, can you actually pull up facts beside using slang and nepotism.

  • You are very ignorant. What is required to debate here? The facts are simple. Those "Viet Cong" you hate so much defeated the French. How are the "vichoco" helping Viet Nam anyway? The last time I remembered a Vietnamese president attending America to boost business relations they held a sign saying "Viet Cong go home!". Why do you "vichoco" deny so much?

  • Having an education? If you had an education I wouldn't be debating such a simple matter with you. Like musik said, how are your "vichoco" helping? With terrorism? I remember one guy who posted a picture of HCM on his shop in little saigon, got his ass beaten and evicted from his store. That's the freedom you "vichoco" preach?

  • Then why are you so pro-Communist? Theoretically yes Communism is a classless, stateless social organization based on common ownership of the means of production but how would that be true if some of the richest people in Vietnam are head leaders of Communism while the poor people who aren't Communist continue to live in the country? Communism is based on greed so the VN president didn't do shit when he came to America. Also how can we do anything if we are kicked out of our own country?

  • You are assuming your claims out of media. Rich people do not have to be a government official. My uncle is a rich businessman, another is an office worker and they have no role that associate with the government. I also have a poor uncle who used to served in the Army, he gets pention of half the monthly salary. You need to stop as they say "talking shit". There are corrupted officials but that is only a fraction of the body.

  • I didn't intent to leave any comment but after watching this video, I cannot say this: "Man, this is awesome!!"

  • Yes, I bet they are sinh vien du hoc because Vietnamese Americans will never display that flag. It was a cheap shot for them to intentionally insert the communist flag in that girl's hat. I'm sure they already know that the communist flag is not welcomed here in the states. If they wish to display that flag, they should go back home.

  • Wow people u guys just suck. Why don't u just go wiki them, and fuck yourself cuz u just so stupid to distinguish between flag. And wtf is not welcome lolz. Go fuck yourself, seriously

  • I think most of these performers are sinh vien du hoc . Because Sinh Vien nguoi My goc Viet never use that communist flag . Cong dong nguoi Viet o Missouri khong co nhieu

  • Why using communist flag ?

  • Wow u should go study history now :)

  • i notice one of the girls has the communist flag in her hat. which flag was hung on stage? the communist one or the democratic one?

  • khuc hat an tinh hehe
