its cause maybe you have either an OLDER version or the NEWER version on your ps3 try uploading the new "Via Internet" and look for it in the new updated ps3 shop. look at 0:02 in the vid it says "System Software Version 1.82" a new version is up its i think 2.something i dowloaded it yesterday when i got my ps3
