So because of Argentinas proximity to the Falklands they deserve to own it? so does Turkey deserve to own Cyprus? or Rhodes? or does France deserve to own the Channel islands? or does the USA deserve to own Cuba? or does India deserve to own Sri Lanka? proximity means nothing, Argentina deserves nothing and as a result they have nothing.

Countries who cannot stop there own country from falling under the regime of a military dictator dont deserve to own anymore land than is absolutely nessecary.. Argentina deserves the Falklands about as much as the French rightgully "own" England proximity doesn't entitle you to claim anything.

Argentina deserves the Malvinas because of its proximity to the continent . in order to claim land you have one point to look at , and that is geography. England never did any diplomatic treatment for the sovereignty of the land. you cant just go and stay place and called yours , even if the place is desert. there´s no right to do anything. with it. i know the war wasnt they way to claim malvinas back, and we all know it was a get away -card from galtieri and the rest , but it doesnt matter.

Argentina didn't invade the Falklands Islands for any reason other than there dictator was looking for a scapegoat for his failing regime.

The Argentines underestimated the British ability to make war with no reason other than there distance from the UK and as a result they were quickly and soundly destroyed and ran from the British territory like the weak, backstabbing cowards we all know them to be, and thankfully it sent a message to the Argentine people that they wont forget.
