yeah was well funny all these manc shavs checking into a posh hotel....got some strange looks, and most of them raided the mini bar and were proper pissed for the morning flight
they gave some excuse about mechanical problems, but as it was the same week excel went bust we think they used our flight to ship excel customers in our place, must have been cost effective for them, but not good customer service...
If they did then that is shocking. i know that you got an extra day and everything but when you have paid to travel with them and they but you second on a list of passengers to fly home. it might make them look good to fly home stranded excel passengers, but to leave their own passengers behind instead... shocking!
