The only thing I can think of about spring heeled Jack is that he was supposed to come to the Sanctuary and future Helen let James think that it was the end to the killing but John was still as much of a killer as Jack was. So with spring heeled Jack out of the picture John no longer had a cover and was found out after he started killing again.
This episode proves that Adam can stil come back. He'll just have a slightly different reason for hating Helen. I wish the daughter didn't have to die though. It's not her fault her father is crazy. Point is- Please bring back Adam!

And it don't seem like anything had changed in the sneak peek of Uprising, you'd think maybe something would change. I know the events (e.g. Imogen being killed by rocks and no the disease were a minor change, but still.
Also, at the end of Season 3, I thought this would be an awesome way for Ashley to come back. What do you think, will she?

So....basically, there's another helen who's been in hiding/vacation for 100 yrs making no contact of any sanctuary affiliates. Must have been a challenge not trying to save her daughter also.

Well, for the timeline to repair itself, old Helen will have to follow Worth through the time portal in the future(Adam is angry, so I think he'll want to fix the past and he still blames Helen). At that point, Future Magnus can join again and fix the timeloop. I do hope they find a way to save Praxis though.
