There is no tax, but shipping is not included. I know the prices on some things are high. Its because the yen/dollar exchange rate is so bad. Everything in Japan costs 40% more than it used to because of the high yen and terrible US$ value

No servine yet, but its very possible. They usually put a few out every month. Victini is a definite possibility, but might be in july when the movie comes out, but I havent heard anything yet either way. I will get every pokedoll that comes out for sure.

Just restocked it. They are getting really hard to find. That size is sold out everywhere. The sizes run really small, so make sure it will fit.
