I've never heard of Behemoth acting better then anyone, that's new to me. But the sellouts claim, that's not true. They've become more popular since thier stint on Ozzfest 2007..shirts being sold at crappy Hot Topic and more sceenie bitches have gotten into them because of it. But to actually be sellouts they have to change their sound dramatically to increase sales, kinda like what Metallica did. Just a thought

@CthulhufcknDawn They never did sellout, and they never were egoistic or something like that, they always knew what the audience means to a band, and everytime I saw Behemoth they were always fucking around with the crowd and not just standing like assholes...Behemoth is...a legend :D

@MetalGearSEAL4 you do realize that in order to become a sellout a band has to have the intention of changing their sound in order to make more money. Behemoth never did this. Nergal even says that he prefers Death metal, hence why they have a more death metal sound now.

Well they just simply started appealing to a different audience. They are now with Metal Blade Records and are being advertised alongside bands such as Whitechapel. They were black metal before they were death metal. They did fine when they shifted, but as time went on, you can tell they went lighter
