I would just use the nail envy if the price works for you, the chip skip is more for when you do have outgrowth or an edge of nail extending past your nail bed and you are using polish.
Wow that seems like a lot of products! I don't have the time to sit around and wait for all those coats to dry. Seems like too much money too. I just use Sally Hansen Complete Care, Extra Moisturizing, 4-in-1 Treatment. It works wonders! Kinda pricey at ten dollars but totally worth it! Love that Zoya color! I have that Sally Hansen nail polish. Dig the Alice In Chains in the intro too.
ridges doesnt always have to do with eating habits.
it can also happen due to acrylic nails denting your nails
