  • for your hair, why is it so nice even when its like not that long :( LOL my hair is past my breast like 5cm from my belly button and its pretty thick like yours, but your one just looks so different LOL it could be that my hair is permanently straightened, and ive bleached and dyed it about 10 times, but still! the end of your hair where its layered looks so cute, and how ur window fringe is kinda puffy and voluminous, how do i get your hair? :)

  • @jpsweetheart Technically child bearing age is past puberty, and I'm 22. :] And when I was in high school I worked out and did ballet for 15 hours a week. I feel its a bit unfair to dismiss people when you don't know anything about them

  • @MszJackieChu sorry, I didn't even look at the date. I know what you mean though. I love Atkins for fast weight loss, but now i'm on this all-around healthy kick. Trying to stick to whole grains and fruits and veggies instead of processed grease and plastic. You're really inspiring though, you have the prettiest body shape and muscle tone.   • i really love how you said that girls that age dont need to wear foundation and all that make up to school...i think all girls should feel like they dont need to wear make up to school...i got foundation once and only wore it like 8 times...and i just stopped wearing make up to school most of the time...it makes you feel go when you dont care about what other people think

  • @Azkamalik1206 I think the best way, I've found is to make food, put a small portion on your plate and put everything away before you eat. I also set rules like dont eat at the pc/sofa, eat at the table it helps take away that feeling to eat. I especially notice that when I have any kind of food at the pc i catch myself picking at the food while I am gaming or watching a movie ... literally habitual you dont even notice Remove it from the setting it makes a big difference.

  • Truth is man like to gain weight and and woman like to lose weight. However, I am a young man and I can go straight from 130-105lbs super easily on 2 months (didn't even try or need any practicing). My girl friends are jealous of me for that, but I hate to be underweight.

  • @AnnikaSkywalkr actually, comparatively to Caucasians and African Americans Asians have much higher body fat, with lower body weight. Which means we have smaller builds, but we actually have more fat. Dont believe me? Look it up. And please get your facts straight before trying to throw the race card out there

  • @SmileyMiley765 honestly genetics x.x ive always had very manageable hair. I dont even comb it :x

  • @SmileyMiley765 The length probably plays into it too the longer your hair is the heavier it is, so it falls flatter (this is both good and bad). Also do not tie your hair after getting out the shower, in fact try not tying your hair at all use bobby pins or braid it. The fabric elastic's break the hair in general but more so when your hair is wet and then tied, because the hair expands.

  • @SmileyMiley765 I think it's a natural for an Asian to have a nice, soft & beautiful hair, because I'm an Asian so I know this :) I never come my hair either, just comb through with my fingers when apply conditioner in the shower & then just towel dried & walla lol

  • I did swimming for like 4 years ( not intense but i did swim on swim team) and now i'm just doing studio dance,i find that when i just...run on the treadmill i tend to gain more muscle in my thighs and i don't seem to be getting a flat tummy :( may you please do a vid showing us your exercise routine and what you do?

  • @MissMermaidAriel Doing cardio doesn't increase muscle mass; it decreases body fat and makes it look more muscular, which is why you think you're gaining muscle. If you want a flat stomach, lose more body fat by eating a bit less each day. If you want more help, message me. I'm a health science major.

  • @shazo1999 Maybe , you are lacking protein and over eating bread. too much bread is not good! add eggs , fish, and nuts into your diet. and fruits and vegies! Drink lots of water because it helps you loose weight.

  • i thought the rice noodles in pho are made out of rice , and plus it says calories from fat are 0 so i assume its healthy, same with white rice, like my mom uses jasmine rice. it also says 0 calories from fat >.> i love noodles and rice i eat about 2 cups a day of it with veggies. please reply!

Globally, people usually eat these in their staple diets.You need this to function as they give you energy.However,eating too large of a portion is not ideal as you leave less room for other nutrients that you should be getting.   • I have the opposite problem..I'm Asian and i'm really small like 100 pounds, BUT it's not my fault!!! I actually happen to eat a lot about 4 meals a day and snacks inbetween, but i can't gain weight..like no matter what i try or eat no weight gain :( And i really want to know how to gain healthy weight instead of getting fatty weight from eating junk food you know cuz i tried that and Nooo..not good. Even skinny people can get a gut and trust me...a gut doesn't look good on fat or skinny people

    Well the thing is, I went anorexic for 2 years a while back, and I'm barely beginning to eat again. Right now, in a day I may eat like 2 times. I'll eat oranges, apples, salads sometimes, and sandwiches..

    I LOVE oranges and apples and will eat them everyday if I could. do you have any tips as to how I should go about speeding my metabolism or losing weight? I'll start with the small portions of food... But what else can I do.

  • @ValerieZ95 Your metabolism is most likely slow because youre starving yourself. You shouldnt skip meals, ideally you should have at LEAST 3 ideally 5-6 smaller meals and be eating every 3 hours. When you skip meals you slow down your metabolism, which is counterproductive

  • @ValerieZ95 Actually, your body's metabolism doesn't slow down if you skip meals, unless a SIGNIFICANT amount of time has passed(think days); that's why you're not losing weight. Skipping a meal isn't a bad thing. Please google "leangains top 10 myths debunked" to learn how you can lose bodyfat quickly. Good luck! =]

  • @ValerieZ95....it's not good to skip a whole day not eating. Like MszJackieChu states you need to eat balanced meals everyday. Eat healthy foods, exercise and don't stress yourself. I actually think 100 pounds may be too skinny for your height. Make sure you are getting enough protein throughout the day.

  • @perriologie lol vegetarians arnt fat.... have u ever met a big vegetarian no? and if you have its because they arnt a real vegetarian, you have to be eating a healthy balanced veg diet. just because chips are vegetarian doesnt make it okay to eat? its not healthy. same goes for everyone else. just lower you calorie intake, eat less dairy, thats usually the calorie killer, its full of bad animal fat, even taking off the cheesey toppings on ur pasta can reduce your calories ALOT

I was trying to keep my old body when my boobs, hips and legs were growing, and I wasn't going to be childlike for the rest of my life. I stopped looking at celebrities like Paris Hilton, i looked at people like Rihanna, Kim Kardashian and Beyonce. They are inspirations, they're curvy but they flaunt it.. Confidence is the key - you may never change, who cares? You're you :) I love this video <3
