  • I can't stop laughing!!! This is great!! I would recommend to the project to include subtitles, I'm from Brasil and Kubrick is my hero. Thanks.

  • I LOVE YOU SO MUCH

  • Nice bit of film trivia from one of my favorite character actors.

  • He's just so interesting to listen to. All the stories!

  • This guy is a true actor. How can ya tell? Because he has this high, elegant, British manner of speaking. But when he starts saying what Stanley said that day, he switches to a different voice, which by the way, is a pretty good impression of the way Kubrick talked. That's a real actor. They love to imitate people. Murray has a good ear for voices and accents.

  • Brilliant, thank you!

  • God, thank you! I love it so much!

  • @dearathos

We too! Thank you for your feedback!.

  • Thank you Murray Melvin. You are a joy in every way. A gentleman and a fine actor. Your portrayal of the Rev. Runt was brilliant. God bless you!

  • Just curious, did he use the original take #3, or the take #3 after he changed the slate?

    If it's the former, lol.

  • @AsaNisiMasa1963

a good question for Tony Lawson, the editor on BL. ;-)

  • @AsaNisiMasa1963 Krubrick- asked for 97 takes of Tom Cruise walking through a door, during shooting for " "Wide Eyes Shut", -Chaplin did 342 takes for a scene in" City Lights" but the record goes to Jackie Chan, who did 2900 takes for a single fight scene in" Dragon Lord"

  • I love Murray Melvin! Thanks for posting this clip :)
