I hear that embedded commands need to be no more than 4 words. Does that mean 4 syllables or can longer words be used?

@Christopher711 four words, irrespective of syllables, but it's not a clear cut and dry rule. The shorter the better.

"eat green food" is better than "consume many vegetables"
