Hi , i'm cristy from Romania and I have worked as a net cable guy,.... i think that cat6 and cat6a are 2 very different cables ....cat6a is used more as an external cable ... while cat6 is used in the interior places ... it connects equipments box between flors ... and cat5 is used to connect pc,phones,cameras,and others with the equipments box.... !!! as you have seen , cat6a is much stronger and resistant than cat6 .... but there is the same conductance,,, ! thx

No, the cat6a cable will not fit in rj45 connectors. It would be ideal just to order pre made cat6a cables.

@mrlapa my guess is you might have to replace RJ45 sockets to many wires to bodge it together
