@cwuzzaman Tinture of Iodine is NOT the same as Lugol's. Never ever take the tincture internally. Look up Dr. Brownstien's video on Youtube and his excellent books on how to use Lugol's and Iodoral (tablet form of Lugol's), both are iodine/iodide mixes, and this is optimal for the body. I do know that Iodine IS anti-viral and can only help your immune system function. I have read that colloidal (ionic) silver is as well. Good luck!
