Rudulf.. I can understand your feelings, but I think you are confusing the physical with the spiritual significance. Raw sewage in the air is raw sewage in the air whether it be in Detroit, Jerusalem, Mecca, Paris, or Akka, it is not spiritual sewage. The writings are replete with references to physical conditions that aren't pleasant and the key figures of the faith call them as such.

As a Baha'i I find this tape somewhat disrespectful of the city of Akko, obviously these pilgrims are not without prejudice judging by the comments they make as they stroll through the bazar streets and comment on the way it smells and more. Akko should be a holy city to Baha'i and be treated with reference in all aspects.
