From what I can gather, the book contains a sufficient amount of information to allow hypothetical reader insight into how trance appears works. These insights may, if used correctly, help said hypothetical reader induce trance states within themselves.
To answer your question: Maybe, I really don't know for sure.
I am curious to find out though. Now I want to see how a seemingly informed person answers!
