now they use American, Japanese, Korean and European cars, as well as the rest of the world..

THE answer here is for the Gulf States to mandate UNECE Transport Regulation 38, as a requirement for the majority of vehicles.

News said three were killed in this accident and tens of cars were involed.. I think they reached 50 cars or so.. not sure of the numbers.
