  • Does water not get in around the door edges ?

  • @jrioda the airvents on the side allow the engine to "breathe" if you decide to do what that guy just did. The door seals are tightly packed when the door is closed shut. Landrover builds solid vehicles and are made for things like run around off road, traveling thru short streams, gravel roads, sands on beaches..ect

  • @6UNLEASHED thanks that was really interesting- very clever too.

  • @jrioda

    No!

  • @2009LR3

Huh? It needs air... hence the name air intake - not a water intake.

  • strangely ANY motor using petrol or diesel needs its air intake above water or you get a very expensive repair bill. wheher its the standard air intake or a snorkel. diference is landrovers air intakes sit higher than normal motors, even freelander can wade 500mm (best part of 1.5foot) without modification, ie extra snorkel. that river is a nice wee tyre wash lol

  • I just love it. ( go play out side :)

  • ya i bet ur lil honda civic gets stuck trying to get up the little graded hill in ur drive way MR.. SOLEWHOOLIGIN\

  • SOLVEG18 YOU ARE THE BIGGEST NOOB ABOUT LAND ROVERS I VE EVER SEEN. land rovers doesnt need the air intake above the water u noob. it can go way deeper then this....

  • @2009LR3

    ok.... how does that work?

  • Read your manual guys, you can traverse more water that you think =)

  • yo as long as your air intake is ABOVE the water then any car can do this!

  • great seeing a LR being used for what it does best!!!!!!

  • OMFG! i would not put my freelander in there!

  • about how deep u think thatcwas?

  • very nice

  • hollllllllllllllly shit man youre brave! i wouldnt even risk bringing my LR3 through that!

  • Well it's nice to know that when they say "top of the wheels" for the water level, you can still go a little deeper. I like the little fecker.

  • i think he was going a bit too fast.

  • i don't think u can go too fast in water that
